Terms of Service

Last updated January 2026.

Estimates and authorization

All estimates are provided in writing before work begins and are valid for 14 days. Diagnostic findings may reveal additional needed repairs; we will contact you for authorization before exceeding an approved amount.

Diagnostic fees

Diagnostic time is billed whether or not you proceed with the repair. When you have the recommended repair performed with us, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the work.

Parts

We install new or remanufactured parts of OEM or equivalent quality unless you request otherwise. Customer-supplied parts may be installed at our discretion and are excluded from our parts warranty; labor warranty on such repairs is limited.

Warranty

Qualifying repairs carry a 3-year / 36,000-mile nationwide parts and labor warranty, subject to the exclusions described on our warranty page and printed on your invoice.

Payment and storage

Payment is due in full upon completion unless financing has been approved in advance. Vehicles left more than five days after notice of completion may incur daily storage fees. We may exercise a mechanic's lien as permitted by state law on unclaimed vehicles.

Vehicle contents and testing

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Vehicles may be road-tested by our staff as part of diagnosis and quality control.

Website use

Content on this site, including pricing and specials, is provided for general information and may change without notice. Submitting a form does not create a confirmed appointment until we contact you.
