We use your information to schedule and perform service, provide estimates and invoices, contact you about your vehicle, honor warranty claims, and send service reminders. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share limited information with parts suppliers, warranty administrators, financing partners, and payment processors only as needed to complete your service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Text and email communication
If you provide a phone number, we may text or call you about your repair. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or telling a service advisor. Service-related messages about an active repair will continue.
Data retention and security
Repair records are retained as required for warranty and tax purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no system is perfectly secure.
